Elect Joel KiddGrowing up in Grey County, Joel Kidd returned to his roots after college, and is now raising his own family in beautiful Grey County, working as a tech in the satellite telecommunications industry. He resides in Durham with his wife, Christine, and their new baby boy. Joel has been involved in political campaigns for pro-family-pro-life parties since an early age. In the 2008 federal election Joel ran in Grey-Bruce for the CHP. Joel is a lateral thinker, and a problem solver, looking to hear all sides of the complex issues of taxation, energy supply, the environment, health care, and education, and to come up with solutions that enable Ontario to move forward as efficiently and effectively as possible. He believes that reducing taxes and red tape are keys to strengthening our economy. “To reduce taxes without cutting quality of services we have to do things smarter, not simply throw more money at the problems, in the same old way,” says Joel. “That's how businesses that succeed work; government can't afford to be inefficient either." Joel is running in this election because he wants to see a strong Ontario for a bright future in Grey & Bruce Counties. “Strong families are the foundation of a strong society,” says Joel, “and the FCP seeks to strengthen families by putting the power to make the decisions that are best for them back into their own hands.” He wants everyone in Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound to have the opportunity to vote for the Family Coalition Party's policies for strong families: Options in Education, Choices in Childcare, fiscally responsible government to reduce the tax burden on families, and Life Respecting policies that support families by giving them more options in caring for their elderly and also give balanced counseling and options those in Crisis pregnancies. On October 6, vote to put the power to choose back into your family's hands , vote for life, vote FCP. |
